social media manager/digital analyst

About The Role

We're looking for a smart AF, creative, humble, artistic, crafty, confident, Instagram-loving, grade-A hustler (A.K.A. a social media manager/digital analyst).

Requirements:

  • Boston-based

  • 3+ years in social media management with verified experience owning multiple accounts, developing content and copy creation strategy + Execution, engagement strategy + Execution, and Conversion strategy + Execution

  • strong eye for aesthetics  

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Wordpress; video editing is a plus

  • excellent writing skills

  • Creative eye, highly skilled in digital photography 

  • Experience with influencer marketing

  • Thorough understanding of paid search and paid social; experience with adwords is a plus

  • Exceptional communication/organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Easy-going but down to hustle and be a part of a fast-paced company 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Day-to-day development of multiple clients’ channels (Instagram, Facebook, twitter, pinterest, linkedin, etc.)

  • Copywriting, drafting, and deployment of content

  • identify kpi’s and develop unique social strategies for multiple clients, pitching and executing content strategies that speak to said kpi’s

  • own daily content strategy, output, and insights across multiple clients’ channels

  • ownership of community engagement across multiple clients’ channels

  • manage social media calendar across multiple clients’ channels and present to relevant internal teams

  • collaborate cross-functionally with design team to develop on-point content (i.e., you “get” it)

  • collaborate cross-functionally with brand experience team to amplify events and experiences

  • cover brand events and happenings for multiple clients as needed

  • reporting on social media, adwords, and paid social insights using analytics tools and analytics knowledge
